initial consultation

Your initial consultation will consist of an in depth but relaxed 1:1 consult where we will explore your personal and health history, as well as a variety of systems and factors which may be contributing to how you’re feeling. This will lead us to some goal setting and give me all the information I need to put together a comprehensive and tailored treatment plan for you. We will then go through this together at your first return consultation. This consultation is available via Telehealth or face to face at Motus Life.
Your return consultation will follow on from your initial consultation, where will go through your comprehensive treatment plan together. This may consist of any relevant testing required, a prescription inclusive of herbal, dietary and lifestyle recommendations. Following this, we will continue to have return consultations throughout the course of your treatment plan, to assess how you are progressing and to provide tailored guidance and advice to give you the best outcome possible. This consultation is available via Telehealth or face to face at Motus Life.
